Shipping policy

SHIPPING OVERVIEW

We offer shipping to selected countries from Slovakia visible in checkout.
Orders over €300 are shipped free of charge worldwide.

For orders shipped outside of the EU, all taxes, duties, and import fees are not included in the checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional charges upon delivery.

We currently use Packeta for all deliveries.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Slovakia: 1–2 working days
  • EU Countries: 3–5 working days
  • Rest of the World: 3–10 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures, holidays, or carrier delays.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES 

All prices shown at checkout do not include import taxes, customs duties, or other fees that may be applied by your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order to understand any potential costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance if needed.

PRE-ORDERS

Delivery times differ for pre-order items.
Pre-orders take approximately 2 weeks to produce before shipping.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your item is dispatched.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier confirms delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@gonoe.eu with photos of the package and the product.
