OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
We do not offer refunds or returns for orders shipped outside the EU, unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gonoe.eu with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange an exchange or refund in such cases.
WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
According to EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.
If you wish to return or exchange your product, please contact us first at support@gonoe.eu before sending it back.
Return conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Send details and photos to support@gonoe.eu so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
